Agreement Terms & Conditions
- a.Inspections and cleanings are scheduled Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM during non-peak periods. Owner agrees to make premises available.
- b.$15 discount for each additional AC or heating system on the agreement.
- c.If called out and the system is working properly, the full service call fee applies.
- d.North Star will call at least once to schedule cleaning/inspection. Scheduling is a dual responsibility — if no one is home for a scheduled visit without canceling, the visit is considered completed.
- e.Payment is due upon completion of any service call.
- f.A $100 fee applies if a key must be picked up and entry is denied. A $50 fee may apply if the key location is not en route.
- g.Service agreements cover units 5 tons or less. Contact the office for rates on larger units.
- h.An additional $35 fee applies if a ladder over 6 feet is required for servicing.
- i.For multiple flights of stairs, North Star is not responsible for cosmetic damages (nicks, marks, etc.).
- j.A 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments.
- k.A 100% deposit is required on all orderable parts at the time of order approval.
- l.All warranties are subject to shipping charges.
